All our training workshops agree learning objectives at the outset with our clients. Presentations include a PowerPoint, handouts, a question and answer session, and a feedback form to ascertain which competencies have been achieved by the audience.
Some suggested topics for insurer and corporate client personnel include:
Strategising claims. When to investigate a claim? What does a factual investigator do? What does a surveillance investigator do? What can the results of an investigation achieve? Privacy and investigations. Q & A or ‘open forum’ sessions. One-on-one training sessions are offered to individuals where client a feels there is benefit.
